yields 2 glasses
- 2 cups of Strawberries - the riper, the better
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Water
- Chia seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- Blueberries (optional)
- Granola (optional)
Blend washed strawberries and coconut water together. Top your smoothie with a generous dash of chia and hemp seeds and a handful of blueberries.
For an extra crunch, add granola and get to eating!
