We have much to learn from looking at what Mother Earth provides. The roots of redwoods grow wide, and every which way, intertwined to and from each other; each individual tree standing tall yet never standing alone. They are testament to a beauty of a slow unfolding and how natural the collective is.

Nature teaches us that we are ever changing works of art, crafted through time and endurance; no different from redwoods. Human beans [BFG lover through and through], we're all more alike than we are different and beneath the layers, our roots are entangled.

This space is an invitation to slow down and invite Gaia in through nourishing foods and herbal healing. For when we take the time to root back down as our ancestors did, we are left feeling more connected to not only Mother Earth but also to each other.

Trusting in love and the collective,
Rosa
